How to pay
Online
Through the Quezon City NCAP website.
Over the counter
At selected bank branches.
City Hall
Cash at the traffic office, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
Pay within 30 days from receipt of the Notice of Violation. Unpaid fines carry a 5% monthly surcharge and an LTO registration alarm.
How to contest
File a protest with the Traffic Adjudication Board within 10 days from receipt of the Notice of Violation, with the documents for your ground: a notarised Deed of Sale if the vehicle was sold, the driver's licence and notarised affidavit if you were not the driver, a PNP or LTO report if the vehicle was stolen, or proof of an emergency.
